Because they are corrupt.

This is very true. MSN is full of fake news. Every time you come online in the UK in the last 3 months. World War 3 has started and the country is going to be covered in blankets of snow. Needless to say neither has happened. Its laughable just use a more reliable trustworthy server

Of late, it seems like MSN's home page has turned into a garbage dump. I waste a lot of

time trying to find out the authenticity of most news stories. These questionalble sites seem

to be multiplying like tribbles. But, alas, I guess your answer would be: If you don't like it,

don't tune in, change the channel as they used to say.

I confess to not understanding what the big deal is. If you don't like what you're seeing, go through the browser's own settings and make it look however you want. Or add a browser extension for a completely different look. There are some seriously cool new tab pages out there.

Do you really think there are people from Microsoft who have the time to read and approve everything that goes on Microsoft Start? For those who don't like what they see - including, I'm sure, people who work for Microsoft - there are so many ways to make Start look any way you like. So go and have some fun with it.

I for one have been hitting the disinformation option repeatedly on a series of ads that pop up posing as news items saying the most ridiculous nonsense about the usual clickbait subjects. Maybe that has some effect in that they were using AI-doctored images of celebrities. That's stopped, but the 'headlines' have in no way improved.

Now I've just answered someone spreading anti-vax disinformation in his comments.

It's clear you're using AI, but it really requires better training. The comments section as it is has become a haven for the hard right at least among the Brits. They're a third to a quarter of the population, but they're dominant in MSN comments along with their ridiculous bigotry and theories.

These, I hasten to add, are comments on the mainstream articles, not the output of such trash outlets as GB News which I've blocked from my feed.

Nice attempt Jen but we know how to do what you advised (on behalf of MSN)? In the future, please try to provide an answer that is believable or at least informative. Yor are an independent advisor? Well, so am I. Please take my advice. If you actually take notice, many of MSN articles have comments turned off so none can be given or any other type of feedback. I wonder why that is? Can you provide some independent advise on that Jen?
